Appeals Court Denies Emergency Stay in Legal Challenge to Deferred Action

The court’s temporary injunction, issued February 16, does not affect the existing DACA. Immigration Relief Implemented by USCIS for Nepali Nationals

The recent crisis created by the 7.8 earthquake striking Nepal on April 25, 2015 has prompted the USCIS to implement several immigration relief processes that may be available to Nepali nationals affected by the quake.   • Consideration for waivers of fees related to USCIS benefit applications, based on the inability to pay
